The Lion's Fiest
In ancient Rome there was a slave,
Who wished his soul was free.
Because of his immoral crave,
The Romans disagreed,
He was put on heavy trial
And sentence was all set:
For his unrightful strong denial
He had to pay with death.
The Romans left him on the aren
To be the hungry lion's fiest
But their labor was all barren
The lion didnot harm him least.
They say it must be what God willed
If prayers reach his seat;
But not to be by lion killed,
You should give it meat.
